What
for do I need a web site?
The printed Yellow Pages are out.
People look for services via the internet. They search for holiday deals,
read the newspaper, compare car prices, buy books, order flowers, search for a plumber or a panel beater.
Make shure that your business's web site will show up.

What
information do I have to provide?
If you have, you can provide us with your logo, business card or letterhead.
Furthermore we would require texts, photos or other illustrative material if possible.

Do
you also submit web sites to search
engines?
Yes, we also do Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and subsequently submit web sites to search engines like Google.

What
is your hourly rate?
NZ$48 per hours charged in steps of 15 minutes.
Database programming and Flash costs more but we always supply a quote before we start work.

Why
are you cheaper than the others?
Beeing a web designer is no different from any other trade. And because my car mechanic charges me $50 an hour I choose that we also should be within that range.

And
what about your print solutions?
Many
businesses have business cards made by a graphic design studio,
their stationary selfmade on the computer, the dockets printed by
some printer, the signage from another graphic studio, the ad in
the Yellow Pages done by Yellow Pages and the ads in the local paper
by whomever was working the shift.
Would you recognise your own business with all those different "faces"?
That is why we also supply the graphic artwork in a usable format
to our customers and recommend printers.

What
are your Terms and Condition?
These terms and conditions are part of every work undertaken. |

We always give a quote. |

Prices are based on you supplying all text and
illustrations via email or on CD. |

Prices are subject to technical requirements of
your existing hosting company or web site. |

We do not accept responsibility for errors, omissions,
loss of profits, loss of data or other consequences of service
failures. |

Web sites are hosted continuously. If no longer
required web site hosting, email services and domain registrations have to be cancelled in writing three
months before the current period expires (please see your last
invoice). |

Invoices are to be paid within 14
days of date of invoice.
Reimbursements are to be paid 7 days of date of invoice. |

A late payment fee of 10% applies to overdue accounts. |

Overdue accounts are charged at 12% interest. |
| • |
Debt recovery costs are added to overdue accounts. |
| • |
If a job is cancelled by the customer once work has started, the work done until then will be invoiced on an hourly basis. |

Art work will not be released but can be purchased. |

Printing services supplied by third
parties are to be paid in advance. |

Starter Website Specials
Art work: based on client's material supplied like colour schemes, business cards, shop/car signage etc.
5 individually enhanced photos: Images provided by client.
Index page: That is the first page of a website.
Content page: Where e.g. services are described.
Contact page/
user friendly form: Functionality depends on type of hosting.
Google search engine submission: Google does not make any predictions or guarantees about when or if they a submitted domain/website will appear. |
